Happycall pan with muah chee

It's never too late to own a happycall pan! I'd finally laid my hands on it. Hehehe.

Happy happy call :)

To 'open' ceremony.. muah chee seemed to be the most easiest snack to prepare! (And it's my fave snack too) Whatever it is, let's get the ball rolling. :)

1-2 servings

Ingredients:
  • 1 cup of glutinous rice flour
  • 200 - 220 ml of water
  • some roasted or raw sesame seeds
  • grounded peanut powder
  • fine sugar
Method:
  • Prepare the grounded peanut powder with sugar on a plate, mix them well. Set aside.
  • Add water gradually (do not pour all at once) to the glutinous rice flour and mix well; till the consistency is not too sticky and watery.
  • Heat up the Happycall pan with medium heat. Once heated up, roast some sesame seeds (skip this step if you've got the roasted sesame seeds) for awhile before you put 2 tablespoons of the shallot oil.
  • Move about the pan to grease.
  • Pour in the batter. Move the pan left and right. Do not leave any corner empty.
  • Close the lid. (Check the muah chee on and off) It should all ready within 5 min.
