Happy happy call :)
To 'open' ceremony.. muah chee seemed to be the most easiest snack to prepare! (And it's my fave snack too) Whatever it is, let's get the ball rolling. :)
1-2 servings
Ingredients:
- 1 cup of glutinous rice flour
- 200 - 220 ml of water
- some roasted or raw sesame seeds
- grounded peanut powder
- fine sugar
- Prepare the grounded peanut powder with sugar on a plate, mix them well. Set aside.
- Add water gradually (do not pour all at once) to the glutinous rice flour and mix well; till the consistency is not too sticky and watery.
- Heat up the Happycall pan with medium heat. Once heated up, roast some sesame seeds (skip this step if you've got the roasted sesame seeds) for awhile before you put 2 tablespoons of the shallot oil.
- Move about the pan to grease.
- Pour in the batter. Move the pan left and right. Do not leave any corner empty.
- Close the lid. (Check the muah chee on and off) It should all ready within 5 min.
